Recently…
This past weekend, the weather in the city was just gorgeous (we’re all so excited for spring after our extended winter this year!)! So, we took advantage of it with delicious brunches, coffee at cafes and time with friends! We had been wanting to check out Highline Park. This mile long, linear park is actually built on a converted rail line. This old railway has been recycled into a fabulous urban park with eateries and lovely views. We really enjoyed Highline Park and were happy we went on such a beautiful day! We also got to try a newly opened cafe down the street from our apartment, Birch Coffee, which we loved! We are excited it is in the neighborhood! In addition to that we had a lovely date night, dinner out with wonderful friends, drinks on a rooftop bar overlooking the city and brunch with good friends! And, to top it off, we went to the Rangers playoff game which was so much fun! (Both Jason and I love ice hockey!). A wonderful weekend indeed!
