Paris
We recently got back from an incredible trip to Paris and Istanbul. Here are some highlights from Paris. We had been to Paris in the spring and summer (both which are beautiful times to go) but had never been in winter. It was such a beautiful time to be there! The chilly Parisian weather made the city feel even more romantic and magical. The only downside to the cold weather (and to me packing only a carry on for a week in Europe! Shocking and impressive, I know) was that I have my big puffy, black jacket on in most of the photos, instead of cute outfits! An extra special treat of going during winter was that the city had also put up some beautiful holiday decorations and lights! It was literally, magical!
P.S. On our honeymoon in Paris a few years back, we learned about “Space Invaders”. These tile “Space Invader” icons are up all over Paris (and now all over the world!). We love them and try to always keep our eyes open to spot them (especially while in Paris). Interested, learn more here.
